Cant enter my credit card number in to pay

Like the title says. The field to enter my card number in doesnt exist...

How do I pay????????

you can not enter the number of the credit card to pay the bill .... app sucks

Crashes!

Need performance improvement when there is low connectivity. Crashes all the time(iPhone 6s on iOS 10.0.2)

What a proper app fix looks like!

Take note Rogers app devs, THIS is what it looks like when you do something properly. All anyone ever wanted was a functional app, and a big portion of that is data usage and management. While the app still isnt perfect, I can do everything I need to with it, and most importantly, now I can actually USE all of the data I paid for without going into overages. THANK YOU!

Lots of room for improvement

Poorly designed app. Not user friendly at all! Hope Rogers is working on improvements.

Please fix bug

I already liked the app before because i was able to see my usage. Now since the new update i wouldve love to see my real time usage and manage limit for my second line and turn data off when that limit is reached. But everytime i tap anything regarding managing data on the app, it closes!!!!! Had to do it from the full website. Annoying! Please fix this bug!!!!!

Useless App

Data Usage is broken. Cant even see how much date is being used on my family plan. Also cant even pay by CC anymore. Have to go online to do it. Dont fix what isnt broken!

Despite what others say...a solid update

Certainly, Rogers could do itself more favours if it emailed customers in advance and explained the new app - its features and how it supposed to work. When I installed it, it wasnt working because it said that my account changed during the month and it couldnt give me proper data reporting. I called Rogers and they said that others had the same problem and it probably was app related. However, when my billing cycle reset, the app works perfectly. I can now see at a glance all of my 5 shared data members, set an alert for when anyone hits a preset data level, and I can even shut down their data plan. This shutdown feature is excellent to keep control of costs, but I think this could be an amazing feature for parents who need to limit kids screen time at night! 5 stars if they did a better job on the rollout. 4 stars for the app and how much it has evolved and become useful over the past year.

Most of the time it is a fight to try pay my bill on this app. If its not saying the system is down, then the field to enter my credit card isnt visible/clickable so I cant enter any information. I waste too much time fighting with this thing.

Cant pay bill

You cant pay your bill on here with credit card anymore, theres no text box where you enter the credit card number. You should fix that

I dont know why or what you did but I cant find anything on the app anymore. Its become useless to me. I cant even find my data usage. Total garbage!
