had the app but due to a glitch with my phone had to do a reset.... now I cant get the app to reload .... any suggestions?

Inaccurate

Quite inaccurate usage and billing info. Why does it take 24hrs to show our usage? We should get an app that actually works for the ridiculous cell rates and bill overages we pay. Cant even log in! Not a fan of Rogers in general and this app reinforces my position. And pretty sure the 5/5 star reviewers are Rogers employees.

It was a good app until the latest version

So I have been using this app for a while now. Its great, you get to check how much data you are using, if the payment you made was received by Rogers, all at your fingertip. That is until I updated the app to the latest version where theres a new button to "manage data usage & alerts". But its in clickable! When I click on it, the entire app just crushes! Why?! Dont Rogers testing its functions before release the updated app?! Very dissatisfied!

Always buggy!

I simply cannot understand how a large corporation can afford to push such terrible updates without proper validation and testing. The latest update does not allow me to pay my bill!!

Typical Rogers

Funny how they wont let you type your CC in. Its like they want to be able to over charge you. Any 5 star rating is clearly written by Rogers in my mind.

Literally doesnt work, just stuck loading forever. Total crap app.

Unusable

Most of the times cannot communicate with their server. Even the website is down often. And this is a company that provides internet services? Hey get serious guys, or get out of this business, give room to the people that know to do something, other than charging money for nothing

UNABLE TO LOGIN

Always back to the login screen.

Same old broken

Again another update and login issue still not fixed. App is useless as you cannot log in. Login screen accepts login, goes to "bouncing bars" like it is loading your account info and then after a few seconds throws you back to the login again. Has been over a year that this has been broken. I dont know why I keep expecting these updates to fix anything. Disappointed again.
