As soon as my contract is up Im going to any other service provider. They are all better than Rogers.
The box where i go to enter my credit card number only shows up maybe 5% of the time. Otherwise the app is clunky and hard to use. Tempted to switch carriers, thanks Rogers.
This app works fine with my phone but one thing that would greatly improve it is if customers could report any type of payments on it, including online banking! And permanently removing any adds would be great as well!
The new function of realtime data usage and alert is a promising feature to address the concern of overage.
Now I can manage Share Everything Plan data usage including top up and cutting off data for the kids. This is finally a feature that will be well used.
Does this mean my cell service is free? This app is always buggy but now quite useless!

Your new version is not easy to use!!! I check my account data every day & today it is less than yesterday, I think. Who came up with this confusing mess. It was easy to use and you totally made it worse. Was this on purpose? K.I. S.S.
Its getting good and stable. Now we need a daily summary for each line and the ability to rename lines because mine are all named the same.
the new update doesnt let you see the individual mb of data you use for each individual number on the account which is not helpful at all if you would like to know what number on your account has used the most or least data. Before you used to be able to click on your data and it would show you how much every number had used up the data and how much was left. Now you can only see how much cumulatively has been used and it doesnt even have its own section it just has a diagram of how much you have left.
Keeps glitching out,says to change password and then it dont send u the reset link to file, call the number and go to live agent and still useless
Checking data usage in real time...at long last. Thank you! More data usage controls are offered (its a wee bit convoluted/confusing to navigate but Ill get used to it). The "Looks like something went wrong" box is still there, but Im okay with it (whatever it was that went wrong). Ill say this again: Im just so happy to get a real time data counter which is light years ahead of "Current as of 12 hours ago". Thank you!
We can finally control our own account!!
They all worked great this morning and now, it reverted back to the old style. Cant track real time data. Rogers managed to screw something else again.

Really unimpressed with Rogers in general especially for a tech company. The app and the website have MANY bugs. Including not being able to pay bills online (the credit card number text field does not let you type anything in) and information is incomplete.
You broke the app with the last version update, your payment processing is broken. Cannot type or paste anything in the credit card field
I really like the update, more streamlined and easier to use
